  • Pay Range: $90,000 – $140,000 annually, based on experience and ability to lead, sell, close, and deliver full communications services independently — without freelance reliance.

    At Axis PR Network, Client Managers are revenue drivers, chief client owners, and deal closers for full-service institutional and brand accounts.
    You will lead new business pipeline development and personally deliver across our core agency service areas:

    Brand Identity & Strategy, Public Relations & Communications, Creative Storytelling & Content, Web & Digital Experience, Marketing & Performance, Events & Experiential Marketing, Fundraising & Development, and Government & Political Communications.

    Remote role. Travel may be necessary for client visits, stakeholder engagement, and key account leadership meetings.
    Portfolio is capped at 5 active clients at a time to maintain strategic focus and institutional trust.

    Ideal candidates bring proof of success closing retainers, managing long-term PR and marketing accounts, leading organizational messaging, and personally delivering brand collateral, web copy, advertising campaigns, media narratives, and stakeholder communications without handoff dependency.
